Location: Nashville, Tennessee -hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to identify and implement the talent acquisition process. This role involves setting clear expectations with hiring managers, building market talent pools, and coaching the hiring team on selective and behavioral interview techniques to impact current and future hiring needs. The position requires a broad understanding of the business lines to assist hiring managers in setting realistic expectations of candidate skills, experience, and the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Review job descriptions to understand hiring manager needs and facilitate intake meetings, asking relevant questions to identify the right candidates.
• Write or enhance job descriptions to make them more market-friendly.
• Effectively use marketing channels for the promotion of each position.
• Maintain a book of business and identify top-level talent through aggressive sourcing methods, including internet research, networking, direct sourcing, and employee referrals.
• Research, recommend, and manage several sources and partnerships for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Conduct screening and selection interviews that follow company guidelines and meet legal requirements.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide status updates and determine the effectiveness of recruiting campaigns.
• Collect, analyze, and distribute feedback to candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work to ensure quality standards.
• Responsible for hiring, terminating, training, developing, reviewing performance, and administering corrective action for staff.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree.

Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Experience in staffing/recruitment and business partner experience is required. A strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization, with experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.

Technical Skills: Experience with Workday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with desktop computer systems and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.

Work Environment

Work is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
