Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Consultant specializes in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. They work closely with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to support the recruitment process and ensure the acquisition of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 - Develop and implement recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent pipelines to meet hiring needs.

Job Duty 2 - Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and source effectiveness to optimize recruitment efforts.

Job Duty 3 - Utilize recruitment technology tools, applicant tracking systems, and digital platforms to streamline recruitment processes.

Job Duty 4 - Ensure compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and internal policies in all talent acquisition activities.

Job Duty 5 - Identify, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Job Duty 6 - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.

Job Duty 7 - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to recommend top talent for hiring managers.

Job Duty 8 - Administer assessments, tests, and evaluations to assess candidate skills, competencies, and cultural fit.

Job Duty 9 - Promote the organizations employer brand, values, and culture to attract and retain top talent.

Job Duty 10 - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Associates Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience

Two or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred Educational Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in related discipline or equivalent.

Proposed Salary

49,308.00 Min - 71,000.00 MRP Commensurate with education and experience.
