This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who knows how to identify, attract, assess, and close high-performing sales professionals, consultants, and B2B talent.
The selected candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interview, offer, and hire.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
- Recruit experienced sales professionals, consultants, and B2B talent within professional-services environments.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, ATS technology, talent databases, and other recruiting tools.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified passive and active candidates.
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide informed recommendations to hiring teams.
- Advise hiring managers on interview strategy, candidate selection, market conditions, and offer positioning.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to maintain engagement and transparency.
- Drive process efficiency while maintaining a professional and inclusive candidate experience.
- Use recruiting data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing and talent-acquisition outcomes.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment laws and talent-acquisition best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Agency recruiting experience combined with professional-services recruiting.
- Proven success recruiting and placing sales professionals.
- Experience recruiting within Professional Services, Sales, B2B, consulting, or related environments.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategy, candidate identification, screening, assessment, and closing.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM technology, and other recruiting technologies.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and business leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to recruiting-process excellence.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the selected candidate's recruiting experience, professional-services background, sales-recruiting expertise, and overall alignment with the role.

Additional Information
This is a hybrid opportunity requiring at least three days per week in a local office.
