Talent Acquisition Coordinator 2

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Partial Remote)

Contract length: 2 months (short-term; through end of December 2026)

Pay rate: $20-26/hr.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the talent acquisition process. This role involves providing administrative recruitment and talent-sourcing support for open requisitions. The position will assist with the full-cycle execution of all recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and publish open job requisitions.
• Source candidates using web-based recruiting methods, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Communicate with applicants and perform prescreening to ensure qualifications match based on work history, training, education, and job skills.
• Manage interview scheduling and coordinate details with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Partner with managers to form candidate evaluations and make hiring recommendations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain spreadsheets, track open positions, and manage candidate records.
• Develop and maintain recruiting status reports and provide updates and metrics on recruiting efforts.
• Extend candidate offers and support the onboarding process.
• Assist with general HR-related activities as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma/GED.

Experience: 3-5 years of related experience. 1+ years of combined staffing or recruiting experience, including high-volume recruiting.

Technical Skills: Experience with Workday is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is also necessary.
