Seeking a motivated and engaging talent acquisition coordinator for a company in Altamonte Springs for a contract position with a very good chance to go on to a permanent position. 

Fully in the office in Altamonte Springs
Shift: M-F 8-5
Pay: $25 based on experience

Job description:

• Monitor general mail box, background checks,
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding in Paylocity
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep hiring process organized and running smoothly.
