Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Remote)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Coordinate multiple administrative tasks in sales, including coordination of contract revisions, analysis, and approval with multiple internal departments.
• Review and route appropriate contracts/agreements through the company's signatory process.
• Input new orders and ensure orders entered into the company's database are accurate, approved, priced properly, and have the appropriate terms and conditions listed.
• Participate in the process of obtaining pricing approvals with company management.
• Assist in the preparation of written proposals and other sales presentations regarding the company's products.
• Calculate, process, and request agent/sales representative commission payments.
• Run various reports on sales-related activities.
• Under limited direction, act as a liaison between Account Managers and the balance of the company's departments on sales support and sales administration issues.
• Support Account Managers in account servicing, and act in the Account Manager's role (as appropriate) during their absence to ensure the needs of the company and account are properly handled.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 3–5 years of directly relevant experience in a sales support function.
• Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent, directly related work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions in the absence of higher-level management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues affecting account orders.
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.

Pay Rate Range: $28.17 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
