Talent Acquisition Coordinator

100% remote in the U.S. - preference for candidate to sit in PST or CST, but open to MST and EST

Coordinates multiple administrative tasks in sales, including coordination of contract revisions, analysis and approval with multiple internal departments. May support proposal preparation and other sales presentations. May be responsible for calculating, processing and requesting agent/sales rep commission payments. Runs various reports on sales related activities. May support account managers in account servicing. Inputs new orders, insuring accuracy in pricing and terms. - Under limited direction, acts as a liaison between the Account Managers and the balance of the companys departments on sales support and sales administration issues. Participates in the process of obtaining pricing approvals with company management. Assists in the preparation of written proposals and other presentations regarding the companys products. - Responsible for ensuring that orders entered into the companys database are accurate, approved, priced properly, have the appropriate terms and conditions listed. - Reviews and routes appropriate contracts/agreements through the companys signatory process. - Responsible for acting in Account Managers role (as appropriate) during his/her absence to ensure that the needs of the company and the account are properly handled.

- Ability to make independent decisions in the absence of higher level management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues affecting an accounts orders. - Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously. - Ability to perform under intense pressure. 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in a sales support function.

-AA or equivalent, directly related work experience
