Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the firm's business goals and future workforce needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, universities, and industry networks to expand recruitment reach and enhance employer branding
- Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates using best‑in‑class frameworks and strategic sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
- Implement structured interview and assessment processes to ensure fair, skills‑based hiring and optimal candidate‑job fit
- Monitor industry trends and provide competitor intelligence to stakeholders, adapting recruitment strategies as needed
- Manage end‑to‑end HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee queries, and data management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparent communication and timely updates on hiring progress and bottlenecks
- Develop and implement the performance review program, train managers, and ensure fairness and transparency
Required Qualification, Skills, and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in‑house at a hedge fund, bank, or similar financial institution
- Experience in both experienced hire and campus recruiting
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently as well as part of a team
