Are you a passionate recruiter with a knack for connecting talent with opportunity? Our team is seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in transforming the recruitment landscape! In this key role, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle within our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a seamless journey from job requisition to onboarding. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and the Director of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in sourcing high-quality candidates across diverse industries, with a focus on delivering exceptional hiring experiences. Pay: 65-70k based on expereince 

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a willingness to undergo ADP training.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage with managers, new hires, and candidates at all levels.
• Experience in recruiting within industries such as warehouse and other hourly positions across states.

Nice to Have Skills:

• A background in HR or a desire to transition into the HR field.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and related onboarding processes.
• Understanding of compliance related to candidate screening and hiring.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with recruitment metrics and talent acquisition strategies.

Other Requirements:

• Minimal travel (less than 5%) primarily for career fairs and job shows.
• The ability to work with multiple time zones (PST, CST, and EST) effectively.
• A flexible approach to work arrangements, adhering to our family-oriented culture.
