Talent Acquisition Partner

SkyWater Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Austin, TX site to attract and recruit top talent across a variety of roles. This position builds strong candidate pipelines, supports hiring managers, and enhances our employer brand. This role is full-time on-site.Key Responsibilities• Manage full‑cycle recruiting, from job posting through candidate selection.• Source and engage active and passive candidates through networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and events.• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and culture alignment.• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication.• Represent SkyWater at hiring events, job fairs, and campus engagements.• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen SkyWater's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related fieldExperience and/or Training:• 3-5 years recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a corporate recruitment setting• Proven success sourcing talent through online recruiting and social media channels• Experience navigating an Applicant Tracking System• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills• Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrentlyTechnology/Equipment:• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.U.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology, Inc. subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
