Our client is seeking a talented full-cycle Recruiter to support an expanding business during a period of sustained hiring demand. This engagement offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of engineering, manufacturing, and operations searches while partnering directly with business leaders across multiple locations.

Position Overview

The Recruiter will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner supporting hiring managers across engineering, manufacturing, and operations functions. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences while navigating a dynamic and growing organization.

This role requires someone who can quickly prioritize, build credibility, and execute with urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and operations positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand talent needs and hiring priorities
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates
• Recruit for positions ranging from professional-level talent to senior manufacturing and operational leadership roles
• Drive candidate screening, interview coordination, offer development, and negotiation processes
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting guidance to hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and talent expertise
• Collaborate across multiple business locations to support ongoing workforce growth

Preferred Experience

• Full-cycle recruiting experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, operations, construction, logistics, or related environments
• Experience recruiting engineering talent and manufacturing professionals
• Proven success supporting leadership-level searches, including operational and plant leadership positions
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders and hiring managers
• Skilled in candidate sourcing, talent assessment, and offer negotiations
