Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client''s business needs and has the drive to understand talent, help others grow, and connect their skills to meaningful opportunities. In this role, you will leverage your strong communication and strategic sourcing skills to drive all aspects of the recruitment process while providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients in a metrics-driven environment.

• Utilize strategic sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and attract top talent across a variety of roles and skill sets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing regular sourcing updates, market insights, and recruitment strategies to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
• Adapt to recruiting for a wide range of positions while spearheading targeted and strategic searches to meet evolving business needs.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills by maintaining effective collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and internal team members throughout the recruitment process.
• Apply proactive recruiting practices to build talent pipelines, anticipate hiring needs, and drive successful recruitment results in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma.
• Minimum Required Experience: 5+ years of experience recruiting across a variety of roles and industries.
• Ability to strategically source talent while maintaining a proactive and adaptable approach to recruiting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner and collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage the recruitment lifecycle.
• Demonstrates strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to apply proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Team-oriented professional who collaborates with colleagues and management to achieve recruiting goals and complete assigned responsibilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Establishes and maintains effective, collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and exercises sound professional judgment.
• Strong proficiency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
