As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates to join our growing team. You will develop innovative recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent in AI, software development, marketing, and operations.

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms).

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements, create job descriptions, and implement effective hiring strategies.

  • Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.

Qualifications & Skills
