As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates to join our growing team. You will develop innovative recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent in AI, software development, marketing, and operations.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms).
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements, create job descriptions, and implement effective hiring strategies.
Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
