This role will partner closely with the Head of Human Resources and operational leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across sales, operations, corporate, and leadership functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a high‑energy environment, understands the urgency and competitiveness of the logistics market, and is passionate about building strong candidate relationships while delivering a positive hiring experience. This individual should be proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing high‑volume recruiting with strategic talent initiatives.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and desired candidate profilesDevelop recruiting strategies tailored to the competitive Chattanooga and SouthEast logistics talent marketSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, career fairs, and industry outreachConduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, and cultural alignmentCoordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a strong candidate experienceBuild and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needsAssist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, university partnerships, and social recruiting effortsTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support onboarding coordination and new hire transition efforts as neededStay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices within the transportation and logistics industryCompetenciesStrong interpersonal and relationship‑building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessionalism and discretion when handling confidential informationAbility to work collaboratively across departments and leadership levelsSelf‑starter mentality with strong initiative and follow‑throughAdaptability within a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environmentCoachability and willingness to learnEducation / ExperienceMinimum of 1–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or customer‑facing professional experience highly preferredExperience recruiting within logistics, transportation, supply chain, sales, or other fast‑paced industries is preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferredExperience utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools preferredProfessional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plusBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401(k) matchingPTOPaid HolidaysBusiness Casual Dress code#J-18808-Ljbffr
