The Talent Acquisition Specialist II is responsible for full life cycle recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative internal and external sourcing methods.
This position will serve Rheem North America, and located in Atlanta, GA (hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others is a matrix team environment.
Knowledge of recruiting practices, tools and techniques.
Ability to inform, guide and advise managers in hiring-related initiatives.
Ability to develop a talent pipeline in order to increase individual and organizational effectiveness.
Must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques.
Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding recruiting and hiring practices.
Ability to grasp and understand the company''s organizational structure.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly shift priorities.
