Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. Our ideal candidate Will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Must to Have Skills, Experience:
Must reside in or near Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Must have 5 years of experience in recruiting.
Must have recruited in high volume, manufacturing environment before.
Must have you worked with SAP Success Factors Recruiting/Onboarding Program.
Should be proficient in reporting KPI's and metrics for Talent Acquisition.
