Are you a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across a large requisition load while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top talent.

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $32+ DOE
What You'll Be Doing
Manage full-cycle recruiting for 100+ active requisitions.
Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Coordinate interviews and assist with offer management.
Build talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies.
Maintain candidate activity and recruiting data within the ATS.
Serve as a trusted recruiting partner throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience managing high-volume requisitions.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Experience working with an ATS; Workday experience preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree and HR certifications are a plus.
