The Talent Coordinator supports recruiters, hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless, compliant and efficient hiring process. This role manages pre-hire and onboarding activities, maintains applicant tracking systems and helps deliver a positive candidate experience aligned with Sunrise's mission and values.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and distribute offer letters accurately and on time
• Coordinate background checks and ensure all state and local pre-hire requirements are met
• Oversee onboarding tasks and completion of required documentation
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) records
• Monitor hiring progress and provide daily updates on status and roadblocks
• Generate recruiting performance reports and track key metrics
• Host bi-weekly ATS "office hours" to support and train community users
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field is a plus
• 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); iCIMS and/or Workday experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed

Pay Range:

19.74 - 24.68
