Position Summary
Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Talent Research Specialist to support our growing engineering and technical hiring initiatives. This is a sourcing-focused position and is not a full-cycle recruiting role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality technical talent across a variety of engineering and manufacturing disciplines.
This individual will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, complex Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal applicant tracking systems, and other talent platforms to identify passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, curiosity, persistence, and a solid understanding of engineering and technical terminology.
The Talent Research Specialist will work closely with recruiters and hire managers to understand position requirements, market trends, and competitive talent landscapes while delivering qualified candidate pipelines for key business functions.
