Talent Specialist Department: People Division Reports To: Director, Talent Acquisition Type: Full-Time on site About the Role At Vista Care, we provide high-quality care globallyand exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We are seeking a proactive Talent Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment and build strong pipelines to connect top talent with life-changing careers. Key Responsibilities Proactive Sourcing: Recruit active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job fairs, nursing/trade schools, and community partners. Full-Cycle Screening: Review applications within 24 hours, conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, in-person), and track detailed notes. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage position lists, and collect post-interview feedback. Onboarding & Compliance: Draft offer letters, run pre-hire checks (background, DMV, references), set up HRIS records, and ensure full EEO and legal compliance. What Were Looking For High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred. Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of EEO, Title VII, and employment background check laws. Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workspace, HRIS platforms such as UKG).
