What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate tanker trucks to transport materials to customer and company locations.
- Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
- Load, unload, and deliver products efficiently while following all safety and environmental procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Adhere to DOT, FMCSA, company policies, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
- Demonstrated ability to operate tanker equipment safely and efficiently in a variety of conditions.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations, inspection procedures, and transportation safety requirements.
- Effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform physical job duties as required.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
