Tapping Operator
Responsibilities:
* Operate and set up production equipment, including adjusting jaws, fixtures, vibratory feeders, machine speeds, and tool offsets; replace worn or broken tooling as needed
* Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, indicators, calipers, thread gages, and pin gages, to verify part conformance to specifications and read basic part drawings
* Perform daily equipment maintenance and troubleshoot drilling and tapping issues while safely operating multiple machines simultaneously
* Handle and transport finished products, tag containers for traceability, and communicate effectively with setup personnel, team leaders, and team members to meet production goals
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience with quality and measuring tools
* Previous experience working in a similar manufacturing environment
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm
