We are excited to announce the recent award of a significant Intelligence Program in Northern Virginia, known as Beacon.  This long-term program offers exceptional opportunities for skilled and dedicated professionals to continue making a critical impact on national security.We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.Responsibilities:

• Review specialized data for intelligence leads
• Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
• Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
• Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats

• Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
• Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
• Prior experience in supporting national security operations
• Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
