Task Force Stewarding Manager Pay: $32 per hour. We cover all travel and lodging and provide two meals daily. The position requires 100% travel and luxury hotel experience.Executive Steward Job DutiesSupervise daily stewarding operations, assigning tasks to dishwashers, night cleaners, and supervisors.Maintain comprehensive sanitation schedules for all kitchens, walk-in coolers, freezers, and storage areas.Manage the department budget, focusing on labor optimization, chemical utilization, and minimizing equipment breakage.Establish and enforce strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dishwashing, pot-washing, and silver burnishing.Organize monthly and quarterly inventories of chinaware, glassware, flatware, and kitchen utensils.Coordinate directly with the Banquet department to forecast equipment needs for large-scale events and VIP functions.Oversee the receiving, safe storage, and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) tracking of all cleaning chemicals.Train staff on the safe operation of heavy kitchen machinery, personal protective equipment (PPE), and fire prevention.I understand that Bridge Point may conduct background checks and/or obtain consumer and investigative reports in connection with my application or employment, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
