Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  
• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting
  
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or eligibility
  
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including individual and business tax returns
  
• Proficient in tax preparation software
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during tax season

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  
• 4+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting
  
• Experience with tax planning and consulting services
  
• Familiarity with accounting software
  
• Experience working with clients in various industries, including individuals, businesses, and non-profits
