Key Responsibilities for the Tax Accountant:
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Research tax regulations and assist with tax planning initiatives
• Support tax compliance, projections, and estimated tax calculations
• Respond to tax notices and assist with audits or governmental inquiries
• Maintain accurate tax records and workpapers
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather financial information and ensure filing accuracy

Qualifications for the Tax Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 2+ years of public accounting or corporate tax experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and tax return preparation
• CPA license or CPA track preferred
