Job DescriptionComplete all aspects of accounting, tax and audit engagements for clientsExecute solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles, general tax regulation, general quality control auditing standards, technology implementation procedures, etc. relative to individual client assignmentsAdhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the time requestedStrive to attain charge hour goalsPractice in early practice development activities such as: memberships in qualified organizations capable of referring potential engagementsExecute administrative duties as assignedAdditional responsibilities as assignedPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferredCPA eligible; desire to obtain certification is requiredInternship experience in accounting or related field preferredExcellent interpersonal, analytical, research and tax project management skills, including basic knowledge of GAAP, Taxation compliance, codes and regulationsAbility to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environmentStrong verbal and written communications skillsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredInternship experience in accounting or related field preferredDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyMust be able to travel based on client and business needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
