A full service law firm seeks an associate attorney for its tax practice in the Charlotte, NC office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of three years of experience with a predominant focus on federal taxation.
Corporate and partnership taxation and transactional experience.
Experience in federal tax controversy, international or tax exempt organizations.
LLM in taxation.
Excellent academics.
Licensed in North Carolina.
