Tax Associate Responsibilities

• Prepare and support sales & use tax filings.
• 
  
• Assist with state and federal corporate tax compliance.
• 
  
• Coordinate with external tax consultants.
• 
  
• Support tax audits and respond to auditor requests.
• 
  
• Maintain tax schedules and supporting documentation.
• 
  
• Research tax issues and ensure compliance with changing regulations.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes and controls.
• 
  
• Assist with special tax projects as assigned.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 
  
• 2–5 years of corporate tax experience.
• 
  
• Experience with sales & use tax and state/federal tax compliance.
• 
  
• Audit support experience preferred.
• 
  
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
•
