    • Technology including the ability to utilize systems and databases adopted by the Firm;

    • Special expertise and experience in accounting, state and local tax compliance and consulting services;

    • Plan and complete assignments in a timely manner; and

    • Ability to recognize, research, document, and satisfactorily resolve technical tax issues.

    • Contribute to Firm Growth by:

    • Utilizing current relationships and contacts, initiate meetings with organizations to introduce RubinBrown to the market and generate leads for new business;

    • Playing an active role in other practice development activities including attending various professional/community/association meetings;

    • Properly managing new and existing client engagements by providing service beyond their expectations in order to retain their business and encourage referrals to other potential clients; and

    • Expanding services to existing clients by encouraging clients to utilize the Firm’s services that will help improve the clients’ operations.

    • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.

    • Travel may be required.
