This role involves engagement management, team leadership, business development, and providing creative solutions to complex tax matters.Key Responsibilities:- Provide tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals and related trusts.-Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.- Identify tax issues and recommend innovative solutions to complex matters.- Manage client engagements to ensure exceptional service delivery.- Grow a strong professional network to support business development efforts.- Hold yourself and your team accountable for business development goals.- Recruit, mentor, and motivate team members.- Foster collaboration and encourage team members to seek input and share ideas.- Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and accountability aligned with firm values.- Set and achieve stretch goals to increase your contribution to the organization.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Tax preferred.- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience managing multiple HNW tax engagements.- CPA certification required.- Strong multitasking, leadership, and project management skills.- Excellent communication and networking abilities.- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.- Experience working with tax software and modern tax technology tools.If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
