Compensation:$130,000–$140,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage corporate tax compliance processes, including federal, state, and local filings
• 
  
• Support tax provision preparation and reporting, including ASC 740 requirements
• 
  
• Review tax calculations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Partner with external advisors on tax planning, compliance, and special projects
• 
  
• Research and analyze technical tax issues and provide recommendations
• 
  
• Assist with process improvements and enhance tax reporting procedures
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience
• 
  
• Previous public accounting experience required
• 
  
• Experience with ASC 740 tax provision accounting
• 
  
• Strong understanding of corporate tax compliance and reporting
• 
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
•
