Key responsibilities include managing a dedicated book of business, including individuals and businesses; reviewing and preparing complex tax returns with accuracy and efficiency; providing proactive tax planning, strategy, and compliance oversight; building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive service; mentoring junior team members and contributing to staff development; and supporting firm growth through client retention and business development.
Qualifications include an active CPA license, 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, preferably with some supervisory exposure; strong technical tax knowledge and practical experience; excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills; and an entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into firm leadership.
