Tax Manager | Eugene, OR (Hybrid or On-site)

A growing CPA firm in the Eugene, OR area is looking for a Tax Manager to lead its tax work. You'll get Willamette Valley clients. If you like owning a client portfolio and coaching a team, this one's worth a call.

What you'll do:

- Review business and individual returns and manage deadlines

- Advise clients on planning throughout the year

- Supervise, train and mentor seniors and staff

- Stay on top of federal and state tax law

What you bring:

- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with review and supervisory experience a big plus

- CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)

- Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field

- Strong communication and client service skills

Salary: $99,000-$137,000 depending on experience. This is a Hybrid or On-site role.
