**Tax Manager (Hybrid) — Dayton, OH**

Pay: $115,000 – $160,000 + bonus potential

Be the trusted advisor. An established Southwest Ohio CPA firm is hiring a hybrid Tax Manager (Dayton area) to lead client engagements and develop a team.

What you'll do:

- Manage individual, corporate, estate/trust and SALT engagements

- Review returns and deliverables and solve technical issues

- Serve as main client contact

- Mentor Staff and Seniors and help grow relationships

What you bring:

- CPA license

- 5-10 years of public accounting tax experience

- Strong communication and engagement management skills
