Tax Manager ( Hybrid )

Highly-respected regional CPA firm seeks a Tax Manager for its flourishing tax practice in Northern Virginia. Compensation includes an attractive salary and bonus potential, and benefits are comprehensive. Hours are very reasonable; even during tax season, billable hours are just 50-55 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Review individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust returns

• Supervise staff and manage engagements

• Work closely with clients, focusing on relationship management and service delivery

• Research complex tax matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field

• CPA license

• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting

• Proven supervisory experience
