Location: Madison, WI

Overview

A growing Wisconsin accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager for its Madison office. You will take a consultative approach to guiding clients through complex tax challenges, manage complex engagements, and lead and mentor a talented team. Standard hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with busy season expectations of 55+ hours per week, and summer Fridays off.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex tax engagements
• Guide clients through complex tax challenges with strategic, value-added insights
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals
• Build meaningful relationships with clients who rely on your guidance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• CPA or EA certification
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Based in Wisconsin
