    • Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and individual clients.
    • Deliver proactive tax planning strategies and consulting services.
    • Help clients navigate business growth, succession planning, and tax-saving opportunities.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and expand relationships with an established client base.
    • Communicate regularly with clients regarding tax matters, financial reporting, and planning opportunities.
    • Provide a high-touch service experience consistent with a community-focused firm.

    Team Leadership:

    • Mentor, coach, and develop junior accountants and tax professionals.
    • Review staff work and assist with technical and professional development.
    • Lead projects, manage deadlines, and support overall team success.

    Tax Resolution & Representation:

    • Respond to IRS and state tax notices and inquiries.
    • Assist clients with audit support and representation.
    • Help resolve tax-related issues efficiently and professionally.

    Accounting Oversight:

    • Review client accounting records and financial information.
    • Support bookkeeping and accounting review engagements as needed.
    • Partner with clients to improve accounting processes and financial reporting.

    • Experience providing tax planning and consulting services to closely held businesses and individual clients.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
    • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with UltraTax is a plus.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Why Join Us?
