They're looking to bring on a Tax Manager who is ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to develop both technically and professionally.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and reviewing complex federal, state, and local tax returns
- Working across a diverse client base including corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services
- Leading and mentoring junior staff while overseeing multiple engagements
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
- Collaborating with leadership on engagement execution and firm initiatives
What they're looking for:
- 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong background with S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, multi-state returns, and HNW individuals
- Experience with tax planning for closely held businesses
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Leadership experience mentoring and developing staff
- CPA required (MST preferred)
- Interest in long-term growth and potential path toward leadership/Partnership
