They're looking to bring on a Tax Manager who is ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to develop both technically and professionally.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and reviewing complex federal, state, and local tax returns
• Working across a diverse client base including corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
• Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services
• Leading and mentoring junior staff while overseeing multiple engagements
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
• Collaborating with leadership on engagement execution and firm initiatives

What they're looking for:

• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong background with S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, multi-state returns, and HNW individuals
• Experience with tax planning for closely held businesses
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Leadership experience mentoring and developing staff
• CPA required (MST preferred)
• Interest in long-term growth and potential path toward leadership/Partnership
