Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review business and individual tax engagements.Lead tax planning and consulting projects for clients across multiple industries.Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships and ongoing advisory needs.Research and resolve complex tax matters while ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.Mentor, coach, and develop staff and senior associates.Collaborate with firm leadership on workflow management and client service initiatives.Identify opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships.Stay current on tax law changes and industry developments. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting required.CPA license or active pursuit of CPA preferred5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and client engagements.Leadership experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members. Preferred ExperienceExperience working with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.Familiarity with CCH Axcess Tax and related software platforms.Experience contributing to business development or practice growth initiatives.
