Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of highly motivated staff accountants.

• Oversee tax compliance and provide strategic tax consulting services to a diverse client base.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Active CPA license.

• 5+ years of public accounting experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Compensation & Benefits
