    Position Overview:

    We are hiring a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with strong expertise in real estate partnerships to join a nationally respected CPA firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated tax leader looking to work with complex partnership structures in a firm known for its technical excellence and employee-first culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and manage complex federal and state tax returns, especially for real estate partnerships.
    • Advise clients on tax planning and compliance strategies.
    • Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and coordinate with partners.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of tax services.
    • Stay current with changes in tax laws impacting real estate clients.

    Qualifications:

    • CPA designation required.
    • 5+ years of recent public accounting experience, preferably with real estate partnerships.
    • Strong technical tax knowledge and client communication skills.
    • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
