Location: Arizona (Local candidates preferred; remote PST professionals may be considered, excluding California)

Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in-office after 3 months for local candidates)

What You’ll Do:

Review and prepare complex tax returns

Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services

Partner with HNW clients to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure accuracy

Stay ahead of tax regulation changes to deliver proactive advice

What We’re Looking For:

CPA required; Master’s in Taxation is a plus

Experience with complex tax preparation and review

Strong preference for HNW client experience

Local candidates preferred for hybrid work; remote candidates must be in the PST time zone

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
