Responsibilities:

As our Tax Manager / Supervisor, EA, you will play a pivotal role in our company. Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small team of tax professionals.
• Review returns prepared by your team for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review a varied mix of returns: individual (1040), S-Corp (1120S), partnership/LLC (1065), C-Corp (1120), and high-net-worth clients.
• Make sure firm work meets compliance standards and quality expectations.
• Step in to help with preparation and review as volume requires.

What You Bring

• An active Enrolled Agent (EA) license (required).
• Solid experience both preparing and reviewing individual and business returns.
• Experience supervising or managing a tax team.
• Comfort in an internal, non-client-facing role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
