Overview

a respected, growing regional CPA and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Manager to manage tax compliance and planning for a portfolio of business and individual clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review tax returns for C corporations, partnerships, S corporations and individuals
• Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through year-round advisory support
• Research complex tax issues and communicate practical solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve client tax positions and expand the services provided
• Lead and mentor associates, supporting their professional growth
• Collaborate with firm leaders on practice development and client growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
• CPA license required; MST a plus
• Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Desire to develop business solutions in a team-based environment
• Passion for coaching others and recognizing great work
• Commitment to continuous learning and unwavering integrity
