We’re hiring a Tax Manager for a well-established public accounting firm to lead complex tax engagements, advise clients, mentor staff, and improve processes within a collaborative tax practice.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns and workpapers
Lead tax planning, research, and advisory services
Manage client relationships and tax correspondence
Mentor staff, coordinate workloads, and improve efficiency
Qualifications
Public accounting tax supervisory experience
Expertise in complex individual and business returns
Strong client and engagement management skills
Ability to lead staff and manage deadlines
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organization
