Location: Mission, TX (In-Person) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $12.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience) + Bonus Pay

What You’ll Do: As a Tax Preparer, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely tax returns while providing a positive and educational experience for our clients.
- Prepare federal and state individual tax returns (1040s)
- Review tax documents, identify deductions and credits
- Educate clients on tax strategies and planning
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with tax laws
- Provide exceptional client service with a personal touch
