Be the engine that keeps tax engagements organized and on time. A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Tax Process Coordinator in the Columbus area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career.

What you'll do:

- Coordinate collection, tracking and routing of client tax data across portals and intake tools

- Follow up with clients on outstanding items and deadlines

- Assist with engagement setup, e-file confirmations and document organization

- Coordinate handoffs with onshore and offshore teams

What you bring:

- 2+ years in a client service, administrative or support role in professional services

- High attention to detail and comfort with multiple systems

- No tax preparation required
