Responsibilities:
Consult with prospective clients to assess their tax liabilities and present tailored tax resolution solutions
Drive new business through inbound and outbound sales efforts, including follow-up calls and lead conversion
Educate clients on IRS programs such as Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, and Penalty Abatement
Manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM software
Collaborate with tax professionals and case managers to ensure smooth client onboarding
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent communication
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in tax resolution, financial services, or a related field
Strong understanding of IRS tax relief programs and resolution strategies is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track sales activity
High school diploma required; college degree or tax/financial background preferred
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism
