Tax Senior Associate

About the Opportunity:
Our client, a well-established and growing regional accounting and advisory firm, is seeking Senior Tax Associates to join their dynamic teams in Fairfax, VA, and Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity for driven tax professionals looking to contribute to a collaborative work environment and advance their careers in public accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Perform tax research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to identify tax-planning opportunities for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support junior staff with training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of public accounting experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CCH ProSystems or Axcess preferred.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, non-profit, or employee benefit plans is a plus.
